Overview
Manual auger piles are a reliable solution for residential and light-commercial projects where heavy rigs cannot enter the premises. Using a tripod, winch, and manual workforce, we physically rotate an auger into the soil to excavate perfectly cylindrical holes before casting concrete.
Process Explanation
Setting up the tripod and aligning the boring center precisely according to the structural drawings.
A hand-operated or winch-assisted auger is rotated systematically to cut through the strata and excavate the loose soil continuously.
Once the desired depth is reached, the borehole is cleaned, a prefabricated steel reinforcement cage is lowered securely, and high-grade concrete is poured down using a tremie pipe for a dense, stable pile.
